BOD - Vice President

Qualifications:

• Voted into office by the membership
• Member in good standing of the NETWORK

Responsibilities:

• Assist the President in her duties*
• Chair the monthly BOD or luncheon meetings if the President is unavailable
• Become acting President in the event of the absence or inability of the President to exercise the duties of the office*
• Chair the Program Committee
• Introduce the speaker at each monthly luncheon meeting
• Provide program information to the Newsletter Editor, Publicity Chair for press releases and Website Liaison for current postings
